How to Use the SSS Contribution Calculator
As a member of Social Security System (SSS), this SSS Contribution Calculator will help conveniently compute your monthly contribution.
To save you the time on pinpointing the exact monthly contribution you have to pay to the Social Security System (SSS), this calculator has been created to provide you a quick result. Here's a step by step guide to it's usage:
-
The first thing you have to do is choose a type of membership. On the
Membership
select input, choose one among five(5) membership types - Employed, Self-Employed, Household Employer and Kasambahay, Land-Based OFW, Voluntary and Non-Working Spouse. - Then, enter your
Monthly Salary
in the second input field. - Lastly, click the

blue button to get the results.

If you are currently an employee or you are working on a company or a boss, then the Employer's Share
and the Employee's Share
will show their relative contribution. This case is true on membership type of Employee and Employer as well as Household Employee and Employer. Meaning, they will share the total contribution.
However, this is not the case of Self Employed
and other membership types because the contribution is due on the member alone. You can see on the result section that it will be marked "not applicable".
